From a great blog, The Future of Radio, comes word that XM chairman Gary Parsons plans to spread XM satellite radio to other devices besides XM receivers. This follows the announcement of similar efforts to distribute audio programming via cell phones. Here's a fearless prediction: two decades from now, more people in the United States/Canada and Europe will listen to "radio" via cell phones than will listen via portable AM/FM radio receivers.
